If you pay income tax in Romania, you can support the association by redirecting up to 3.5% of it, as the law allows. Fill in Form 230, choose the Werdnig Hoffman Association and submit the form by the legal deadline. The money comes out of tax you owe anyway, so it costs you nothing extra.
